Veterinary Client Services Specialist- Full Time

Hudson Road Animal Hospital in Woodbury, MN is seeking an exceptional addition to our Client Services Specialist team, working 35-4j0 hours per week.  Hours include Mon-Fri and 2 Saturdays per month.  Prospective candidates must have a proven background in customer service, friendly and outgoing personality and enjoy working with people and animals.  Positive work ethic, reliability and flexibility are requirements of position additionally. The Client Service Specialist is a vital role within the team. They help preserve the client experience and consistently exceed the client’s expectations. As part of the Client Service Team, The Client Service Specialist will sometimes be the first impression and/or last impression the client would have of the practice. The Client Service Specialist must possess strong organizational skills, excellent telephone and in-person communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Client Service Specialists must have compassion for animals and their owners and understand the stress that patients and clients endure. The Client Service Specialist should expect to spend nearly all of their workday on the phone and/or at the front desk.
