This position assures accurate and efficient application data throughout the domestic and international admission cycle. This includes processing admission documents, such as transcripts, test scores and other necessary checklist materials. Additionally, this position collaborates with leadership to assure timely application review and admission decisions. This position also plays a key role in data integrity and reporting within the operating CRM (Constituent Relationship Management system), currently Salesforce.
Admission document processing
o Receiving required documents from various sources, processing, scanning, recording and attaching within the operating CRM. (Source examples: Parchment, Common Application, WebAdmit, email)
o Assisting leadership in document gathering as needed. (official test scores, academic transcripts)
o Documenting needed data in appropriate areas within the operating CRM including but not limited to standardized test scores, academic profiles and financial documents.
o Maintaining the Application Checklist object within the operating CRM. Includes assuring accuracy of required and received application materials.
o Updating admission statuses within the operating CRM.
• Admission Data Integrity and Reporting
o Maintain “clean” data in operating CRM including data loads, deduplication and regular data integrity checks and balances.
o Assist in reporting and analysis of admission data.
o Assist in providing support for staff in data entry and basic management

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

College degree preferred.
Experience with Salesforce or other general CRM systems preferred.
